    How to treat common ailments

    with Gua sha, points, food, stretches and lifestyle advice

    Believe it or not, there are a lot of things that you can do yourself to help treat or prevent common ailments. I wrote a whole book on this so I can't do it justice here, but here are some useful tips about what to do when you or someone close to you has a health problem.
